Job Summary
IDS is looking for an experienced Warehouse Officer with strong knowledge and experience in warehousing, packaging, shipping, and inventory (items/tools) management. Candidate must have experience working in tool-keeping and capable of meeting needs of high standard service and supporting critical projects.
This position will work closely with Quality Control, Production and Engineering Departments. This position delivers the highest in stakeholders and customers expectations by delivering extraordinary execution and accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust logistics strategy according to project requirements. This includes inbound material handling, warehousing, material presentation to manufacturing operations, packaging, shipping and storage of items/tools, transportation management.
- Drive key performance measurement system (metrics) and continuous improvement throughout IDS logistics operations
- Engage in a high degree of collaboration and communication with engineering, project managers, finance, human resources, strategic partners
- Interface with key internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs, and assist in the execution of the commodity procurement strategy
- Continually monitors suppliers within assigned commodity areas to achieve procurement target in price, delivery and quality
- Manage and improve inventory management; specifically warehousing for goods, tools and data for all project operations
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Finance for reviews and approval for assigned commodity areas in accordance with Indonesia Customs regulation and other Countries’ customs requirements that we operate in or through
- Provide detailed progress reports to internal stakeholders for each (procurement) projects
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline is preferable
- Min. of 1 years of specialized warehouse management experience and experience in the aerospace or aviation industry is a plus point

- Excellent communication ability in English both written and verbally
- Have experience of shipping/receiving or inventory management experience within a medium to large enterprise especially in procurement, receiving and reporting is preferable
- Have experience and/or knowledge in managing international transportation

- Experience in direct logistics management with strong, logistics operations background including warehouse management, material handling, logistics provider selection and management, and logistics technology & tools

- Must be able to interface with peers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders at various leadership levels
- Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends

- Experience in line or base maintenance work, preferably 10 years’ experience.
- Trained in at least two of the following aircraft types listed: Beechcraft B1900D, Beechcraft 400XP, Leonardo AW169, Leonardo AW189, Airbus AS365, Airbus AS350, Bell 412, BO 105.
- Able to take stress and work independently.

Job Responsibilities
- Be familiar with relevant aviation regulations, company manuals, SOPs, forms and requirements.
- Carrying out Aircraft Maintenance in accordance with approved and up to date maintenance instructions in a safe and professional manner.
- Plan the maintenance work in advance and meet regularly with the Project Engineer to check if maintenance tasks are on schedule.
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, Logistics Departments to ensure successful start to completion of aircraft maintenance.
- Executes and oversees aircraft inspections, modifications, maintenance tasks, repairs, within license scope
- Ensures the timely and accurate recording of work executed on the aircraft.
- Oversee timely parts ordering and resource co-ordination.
- Perform functional and systems operational test.
- Troubleshoot/diagnose aircraft defects causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Constant inspection and monitoring of aircraft status during maintenance for any defects or technical issues that are encountered.
- To provide technical expertise and recommendations to production/engineering to rectify defects before aircraft delivery.
- Ensure that all technical documents, paper and electronic version used are up to date.

- Resolving complaints, problems, and requests from building tenants.
- Assisting with emergency response and evacuations.
- Maintaining records of tenants Inspecting the building frequently for signs of damage or wear.
Job Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or anything relevant
- Min. 3 years of experiences as Building Manager
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
